Master in Business Administration (2001) from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, USA, revalidated in Brazil through the University of São Paulo - USP. Bachelor of Social Science at the Federal University of Bahia (1983). Doctorate on Psychology at Federal University of Espirito Santo - UFES. She is a professor at the Federal University of Vale do San Francisco - Univasf and an academic visitor at the University of Birmingham Business School (2015) was pro-rector of community affairs, from 2004-2009 and the head of Business Administration. At that time, she was a member of Forum of Pro-rectors Extension of Brazilian Public Universities - Forproex, coordinating thematic area of Human Rights for the Northeast Region. Chaired the XXXII Meeting of Forproex in 2008. She is an ad hoc appraiser to Federal University of Pernambuco - UFPE and Federal University of Alagoas - UFAL. She has experience in Administration with emphasis in Human Resources Administration, acting on the following topics: culture, interpersonal relationships, people management, teaching, research and extension, sustainable development and semi-arid. She is a member of Sao Francisco Research and Teaching Association, International Peace Research Association Council, Servas International (www.servas.org) and Women Association of Jose & Maria Neighborhood and Surrounding (www.rendeirasbrasil.blogspot.com), coordinating Semiarid Cultural Identity: the impact of grape and wine project since 2005, building partnership with organizations, including Codevasf / Ride that culminated in the sponsorship of Weaving Citizenship: Development of Semiarid project. She is the head of the Laboratory of Research Career and Development of Competences (CNPq/Univasf), teach and belong to the Global Value Chain Research Cluster at University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
